Optimal: the highest-scoring legal lineup chosen from the same week's rostered players (backtracking over eligible slots; empty slots score 0).
Efficiency = actual / optimal. Perfect weeks are weeks where actual equals optimal. Regular-season decided weeks only, 2018 on.
